Travel (Grades 3-8) Registration Deadline is December 19, 2011

Registrations received after December 19, 2011 will be assessed a $25.00 late fee & will be added to a waiting list and will  be permitted to play if roster spots are available.  TRAVEL UNIFORMS can be used year to year. We recommend ordering up at least one size. 

In-Town (Grades K-2) Registration Deadline is February 29, 2012

Registrations received after February 29, 2012 will be assessed a $25.00 late fee & will be added to a waiting list and will  be permitted to play if roster spots are available. 

 DO NOT ORDER UNIFORMS FOR IN-TOWN PLAYERS. Registration cost includes team T-shirt.

Kick Start (Pre-K) Registration Deadline is April 15, 2012

NOTES:
The Travel Program is always played on Saturdays; **TENTATIVE SCHEDULES FOR IN-TOWN SOCCER: The Pre-K program will be played on Saturday mornings at Fallon Field 9am (behind Canton HS).  In-Town soccer:  Kindergarteners Saturday 2-3:15pm. 1st graders Saturday 3:30-5pm. 2nd grade girls & boys Sunday 8:30-10am  **Field locations to be determined. In-town days/times subject to change based on field availability.

Registrations must be completed online and payment must be made by the registration deadlines indicated above to be registered for the upcoming season. People who have registered children for previous seasons should login to the registration site with the same user ID they created previously. This ID will contain all family information previously entered and only needs to be updated with any necessary changes.

If you do not have access to a computer with internet access, CYSA has confirmed that you may utilize the computers at the Canton Library, which have access to our Web site and registration software.  You will need to bring your library card to be permitted computer access. 

REFUNDS: Refunds will be issued if a player withraws from soccer prior to the first game. $25 will be deducted from all refunds to cover league and insurance fees. Please send refund requests to the registrar with name, address and amount requested. Allow 3-4 weeks for refunds to be issued.

Registration fees: $95/child for Travel, $75/child for In-Town, $55/child for Pre-K
(Maximum per family is $255/season, excluding the cost of uniform items)
