Player Evaluations
Each spring Canton Youth Soccer conducts player evaluations to assist us in placing your children on teams that meet their soccer skill level to ensure a fun yet competitive experience for all players. This year’s evaluations will be held at Massasoit Community College off of Randolph Street on the dates listed below. Each age group will have two sessions. We encourage you to have your child attend at least one, if not both, of the sessions in order for them to have as much exposure to our team of outside evaluators as possible. The age groups listed are the level they will be playing next fall. In other words, if your child is currently a U9, then they should attend a U10 evaluation.

We ask that you arrive fifteen minutes in advance of your scheduled evaluation time in order to get the players checked in. All players should have cleats, shin guards, a ball (with their name on it) and plenty of water (name on water bottles please), sunscreen if you think it’s needed, and bug spray too. Parents will not be allowed onto the fields during the evaluations and can either drop off the players or wait in the parking lot.

The current second grade boys and girls, who will be U9s in the fall, will be evaluated separately at their last regularly scheduled session.
