Game Arrival Times

Arrival Times for Games 

Your cooperation with pre-game arrival facilitates a timely start to games and clinics and makes it possible for your child's coach to organize and prepare the team for the game or clinic session.   At the coach's discretion, these times may be adjusted.  The coach's decision supersedes the recommened times below.
 

Grade Age Group Arrival Time
PreK U5 10 minutes before session
K-2 U6 - U8 10 minutes before session
Travel U9 30 minutes before posted game time, coach's decision
BAYS Travel U10 - U16 30 minutes before posted game time, coach's decision
